Unlike the hoodia gordonii products, the acai berry has not shown any quick weight loss potential. However, this particular fruit has proven highly effective at improving our health. For those of us who want to lose weight, the acai berry may not be the magical fruit we have been looking for. Although a diet rich in fruit is very beneficial and weight loss friendly, the acai berry on its own does not contain any fat burning agents. So if you want to lose weight simply maintain a healthy diet and exercise. The richer your diet is in fresh produce the faster you will attain weight loss. It is a well known fact that fresh fruit and vegetables are rich in fiber and fiber is responsible for improving your metabolism and giving you faster fat burning results.
