is it wise to be taking resveratrol?

Resveratrol is a new anti aging product that you may have heard about on Oprah’s show. Of course, before you buy into something like this, you need to know what the resveratol benefits are. According to some scientists, resveratrol isn’t just useful at helping you live longer. It has some elements that can (potentially) reduce the risk of cancer and give you a higher metabolic rate and increased energy. As of now, we are still waiting for the verdict on how well it really works. But there is certainly a lot of evidence. It has been known for quite a while that red wine, in moderation, has certain health benefits, and resveratrol is primarily found in red wine.

Before you take any of this stuff, though, you of course need to know about the healthy resveratrol dosage you should be taking. If you buy resveratrol from any reputable source, then it should tell you right on the bottle. How much you should take will also depend on your age and overall health, so you should probably see a doctor about that also.

One of the main places to buy resveratrol is from sirtris. As it turns out, sirtris pharmaceuticals resveratrol is the main product supplier for this stuff, so you should probably just go with them. Other newer products are HealthRezv and maxrezv. Before you buy anything, you can search for a review of the product.

NB: Always consult a doctor before taking any medical advice online.
