My best man would never admit it. But he messed up. Big time. You see I put my best man Tony in charge of buying my wedding gifts. Since I am very busy planning for my wedding, I trust that Tony would have gotten this job done. So imagine my surprise this morning when I asked him when he whether he has finished buying all the unique groomsmen gifts yet. When all I heard was silence on the other end of the phone, I knew something was dreadfully wrong.
I know what Tony is a busy guy, but he should have told me that he was too busy to be the best man at my wedding. Now I can relax and enjoy my wedding date which is coming up very quickly.
