Bone Cancer: More Serious Than Ever
A human body is comprised of about two hundred and six bones. The bones play a vital role for supporting the body and without bones, we can not walk, sleep or do anything because the bones shape and support our body skin and muscles.
So what is bone cancer? The bones cancer is spreading at very fast ratio in this century and is seen very common due to the sudden stop or redundancy in cell formation of bones.
There is no specific reason for the bone cancer but sometimes, the radiations, chemotherapy treatment and genetic becomes causes of bone cancer.
The most common symptoms that can be seen in many people for bone cancer is the pain in whole body and the pain increase with the increase in tumors. These tumors make bones weaker resulting in heavy sweating in night, fractures and high fever.
If you are having symptoms for the bone cancer then you should immediately contact your doctor and take a medical advice to understand exactly what is cancer. The bones cancer is usually diagnosed by the CT scan and MRI scanning.
The best way to cure the cancer is time surgery. The whole tumor part is removed in the surgery and then inspected again if there is still any tumor present or bone is normal. If there is still some tumors left then the method of amputations are used to cure the bone cancer.
The common bone tumors are Chondrosarchoma, Osteosarchoma, Histiocytoma, Chorodoma, Ewing’s sarcoma and Fibrosarcoma.
Another method for the surgery of bones is the radiation therapy method. The chemotherapy is done before the radiation to make surgery easy. Mostly radiation therapy is preferred as compared to other therapies and methods. The high frequency X-rays are used for the radiation therapy.
There are some alternative methods for the bone cancer therapies that include massage therapy, vitamins and special diet, acupuncture, meditation, massage therapy and herbal products.
