Thinkable If you have been around internet marketing for any length of time, you have certainly heard the term “list building”. In fact, it is the basis upon which many internet marketers have built their businesses. Imagine building a list of 5,000 people who are interested in your niche. They are so interested in what you have to say that they actually gave you their name and email address so that you can share even more valuable information with them later. That is quite a deal in the internet world because people who surf the web tend to be skeptical of those who offer something for nothing.
Here are three important pieces of information that you must understand about list building before you start building your own opt in list:
1. What’s In It for Me? This is the one big question that every internet surfer thinks when faced with an opt-in page. They do not want to put their information into the form only to be spammed a hundred times per week. You must offer them something of VALUE to get their information. It is kind of like currency. When you are in a store, you do not expect the sales person to just give you the item. You have to pay for it. It is the same with building your opt-in list. 2. No Spamming: Once you have the contact information, do not abuse it! This is where so many people make a big mistake. You are trying to build trust with your list, so do not abuse that privilege by sending them sales pitches over and over. Continue to offer value and you will create a loyal following.
3. Partnering: One of the most overlooked ways to make money with a list is by joint venturing with others. If you have a list of people who came from your golf club site, you could partner with someone who sells golf carts, for instance. You could each offer a great deal on something (or a free report) to each others lists. This gives you the ability to double your list!

Thinkable JENNY CRAIG VS NUTRISYSTEM is a frequently requested review and as such our content is simple and straight to the point, as usual. These are two very similar diet plans because both offer prepared meals and this approach makes them very attractive to dieters. Here are my comments:
* PRICE: Whilst the Jenny Craig Diet Plan is slightly more expensive there really is not much in it to make a difference. They do however charge a one off joining fee - NutriSystem do not.
* WEIGHT LOSS: With both you are more or less going to lose 1-2 lbs every week after the initial weight loss.
* TASTE: It used to be that NutriSystem meals were a little bland but they have addressed that now especially with their frozen offerings so both are on a par.
* DELIVERY: NutriSystem deliver their meals, including the frozen ones, direct to your door whereas with Jenny Craig you have to collect their meals from one of their centers. This is a pain in the - you know what.
* CONTRACT: Jenny Craig require you to sign a contract committing yourself for a year - no such requirement with NutriSystem - you can leave any time you want.
* SUPPORT: Both offer support, Jenny Craig from their centers and NutriSystem online.
