Want to save some money? Ever wonder if you could do a car stereo installation yourself? Yes, you can do it yourself! Go ahead, spend that money on your hardware! Don’t spend it on labor. Besides, doing a car stereo installation yourself can be a very rewarding experience, not to mention you can learn a lot from it too. Nothing beats the feeling of seeing your “creation” in action, running smoothly and perfectly.
But be very careful, you really won’t want to damage your expensive hardware. Well, most car audio hardware are no-brainers to install, you’d find that most of the time the parts have specially shaped sockets and slots etc. and would only fit where it’s supposed to be installed. Still, it’s best to proceed methodically.
In a car stereo installation, you have to determine what kind of rig you’re going to put into your vehicle. If you’re a beginner, it’s best you do a car stereo installation if it’s just a simple system. You may want to leave the complicated stuff to the professionals, like installing delicate equipment like LCD panels, motorized parts etc. especially if it requires the creation of custom panels and such.
Head units are one of the easiest to do in a car stereo installation. Fortunately, most units follow the same size standards (DIN). In many cars, once the factory radio is removed the aftermarket radio will fit in the hole. In many other cars, a kit is needed if the factory hole is too big, or not deep enough. In some cases the dash has to be cut. Any car stereo store should have kits required for installation.
There are two types of mounting in a car stereo installation. ISO mounting is when the radio can be screwed to existing factory radio brackets, such as in most Japanese cars. Ring mounting is when an aftermarket radio comes with a metal ring that gets mounted to the factory radio hole or aftermarket kit via bendable tabs. In many cars, dash and trim rings have to be filed to enlarge the radio hole. Once the ring is installed, the radio slides in and is held by snaps. In most cases, special tools are required to remove the radio.
Speakers are very critical in a car stereo installation. No matter how expensive your speakers are, if they are not properly installed, the sound will not be up to par.
In a simple car stereo installation, you’ll probably be using speakers that fit into a factory location. Just make sure there are no gaps or holes. Sometimes building a wood or fiberglass baffle helps reduce holes and gives you much better sound. But always be careful when using power tools around speakers. Car stereo installation warranties usually don’t cover holes in speakers.
For unconventional speaker locations, sometimes metal has to be cut. You might want to leave this to the professionals, tools like plasma cutters and pneumatics drills are required. But if you’re going to insist, a pair of metal snips (left and right cut) will do.
A car stereo installation has to put up with vibrations and other noise sources in its environment. Even though it is impossible to eliminate these completely, there are products that will greatly decrease the noise and rattling, particularly on non-luxury cars. Liners, sprays and adhesive strips and even carpeting applied onto the panels can make a world of difference.

All traders in the foreign exchange (forex) market are seeking to find as many of these sometimes elusive characters as possible. They are called pips. In forex trading, a pip is the unit of measurement for the smallest change in the price of a currency or currency pair. Generally speaking, as to certain major currency pairs such as the EUR/USD (Euro/U.S.Dollar), if a trader commits one standard lot (equal to 100,000 units of the currency traded) to the trade, a movement of one pip in the trader’s favor will yield a profit of $10.
The off-exchange retail foreign currency market, also known as the “Forex” or “FX” market, is the largest financial and investment market in the world. But what is it, exactly? It is important to understand that trading currencies is a very risky form of investing, and any funds used when speculating on the values of currency prices should be considered risk capital. A scalpers philosophy is to take advantage of the many smaller moves the forex market has to offer with an automated forex trading system. The logic here is that many small profits add up to substantial profits. In EUR/USD a movement from 1.0066 to 1.0067 is one PIP, so a PIP is .0001. In USD/JPY a movement from 120.45 to 120.46 is one PIP, so a PIP is .01.
For most, but not all, currencies a pip is 0.0001 or 0.01%. So, when a currency moves from a price of 1.7800 to 1.7805 it is said to move 5 pips. In this case the situation is simple because a pip will always have a value of $10. So, if you are trading GBP/USD and the market moves in your favor by 5 pips you will make a profit of $50. Let’s see this in action. Now let’s look at the situation when the US Dollar is the base currency and consider a quote of USD/GBP = 0.5170. Here 1 US Dollar is worth 0.5170 UK Pounds and 100,000 US Dollars are worth 517,000 UK Pounds.
If a broker is offering a spread as low as 1 pip, be cautious. As most of the brokers do not charge a commission, it the spread they use to make their money. In a 1 pip spread, there is very little scope for him to make profit.

Over the past few years, e-commerce websites have become much more practicle for users and businesses. It makes lots of sense for companies that used to be confined to their local markets, to open up their products and services to markets they had never even thought of.
First, search for an e-commerce website designer. There are several types of solutions that designers will most likely present including, OsCommerce, ZenCart, OpenCart, among others. We recommend finding a designer that specializes in Magento E-commerce Website design. Magento is a very powerful and flexible open source solution for e-commerce websites. It is also easy for the owner to log in and manage inventory, website content, products, images, descriptions, and more.
The next task would be to hire a graphic designer that is able to take your product and design elements of the website to compliment how your product will be displayed. This may include finding a good photographer to that will give you a good package deal to take photos of your products and provide you with the original photos and the photos that have had the backgrounds removed. This will make it possible for you to place your products nicely on a white background.
It is best to organize your products into categories and variations as soon as possible. This will help your website designer configure Magento with custom attributes and categories that will make it easier for you to manage your store once the website designers job is complete. Of course, once these steps are complete, your job is not over. Now it is time to market your website.

We’ve come a long way from the first cell phones. The concept isn’t a new one; in fact in 1947 Douglas H. Ring and W. Rae Young, Bell Labs engineers, proposed hexagonal cells for mobile phones. The real launch of the first portable phones was in the early 80’s and now of course we have the ever popular iphone with more and more people looking to make use of iphone ringtones. At that time only the very wealthy or well to do individuals were able to afford those mobile phones. They were very large and heavy. Not something to be carried in your pant pocket or purse, this was something that weighed a few pounds.
As big as they were though, they didn’t have a clear sound and using them was a hassle and as they have evolved we can see how the ring tones for mobile phones have become such a popular thing. At first, all were designed for permanent installation in vehicles otherwise known as a ‘car phone’. Some of these bulky units were soon converted for use as “transportable” phones the size of a briefcase.
As we all tend to love our gadgets these days we see how popular video games have become and how game cheats for psp and other popular gaming platforms are something that people spend a great deal of time and energy researching and; looking to get the edge over their fellow gamers. As you may be looking to develop as a gamer or just as someone who is able to be an expert when it comes to gadgetry, take some time out to do as much research as you can – you may end up being the mobile phone ringtone and gaming expert.

Spending a summer picking fruit is hard but satisfying work. As many European studies have found over this and the previous summers Broadwater farm is a great place to earn some money and use as a base to explore the UK.
Broadwater Farm in England is a traditional UK Fruit Farm, set in the beautiful Kent countryside. The farm produces crops of Bramley and Gala apples, pears, cherries and plums. This top quality fruit is supplied to retailers throughout the UK. During the summer months (June, July, August, September and October) students arrive from many European countries to spend their summer holiday fruit picking and experience living and working in the UK.
Accommodation is provided in well-appointed mobile homes. For evening entertainment there is a television lounge and a broadband internet connection. The farm is one hour by train from London and 10 minutes’ walk from the town of West Malling for supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Nightclubs and shopping in Maidstone are a short train or bus journey away.
Broadwater Farm has invested in a fruit picking train – a system which has proved popular with the farmers and workers, following a trial in 2007. To attract students to farm work a website has been set up which enables potential applicants to see what apple picking in the UK is all about. Photos of current and previous harvesters, their accommodation and the farm itself illustrate the opportunities far more clearly than words.
Their website does more than attract students to the summer farm work. It provides useful checklists of things to do before leaving home and on arrival at the farm in the UK. After a summer of fruit picking and apple harvesting they can reminisce over photos of their colleagues and read up-to-date news of activity on the Farm.

Not too long ago I broke down, opened up my purse and paid decent money for a pair of Ugg Boots. Now I’m not the real girly type who wears lipstick and short dresses all the time, usually you’ll find me in a pair of blue jeans. While visiting a good friend of mine in college last year, I was introduced to a really unique fashion boot.
I love how light these ugg boots are. It’s like wearing a pair of really comfortable sandals. The outer skin is actually sheepskin and it’s a kind of suede feeling, yet it has better thermal properties than suede does, so it keeps your feet warmer than traditional leather. The rubber bottoms are crafted from this really lightweight rubber and seem to conform perfectly to my feet.
Being the same size as my friend, we went out one night and I wore them snugly over my jeans. A nice flower top with puffy sleeves and I have to tell you I looked good. What impressed me the most was the comfort of these boots. The following morning, I put them back on, wrote her a check and told her to go get herself another pair.
If you can picture this, me and my friend, both pulling on each end of one of the boots until she falls back after I let go. This prompted a friendly punch to my arm. After we made ourselves cry laughing over how stupid this was, I got on her laptop and ordered the same exact pair as hers. This should end our fighting. And with so many outfit combinations that these boots work with, we don’t have to worry about being out with the same boots on, no one even notices because the rest of our outfits are so different.
It’s been a year since that trip to see my longtime friend Linda, we still talk on the phone about that day we fought over a pair of boots. Both of us are still wearing our boots too. Linda introduced me to these boots and I think I’ll be wearing them for a very long time. For right now, as long as they are still made, I’ll keep buying. I’m so thankful for the Internet, there’s no stores anywhere near my town where I can buy them, I can get really cheap ugg boots too. I hear my laptop calling, and my credit card too.

Online Spanish lessons and children’s books in Spanish are methods to get started learning Spanish. Another way that many people learn to speak Spanish is by taking traditional courses at a nearby University or Community College. Online there are many courses for all abilities and for all desired levels of knowledge.
The best way to learn Spanish is the way that will be most beneficial for you. Online classes offer a convenient and easy free way to learn some easy Spanish by simply logging onto the e-learning web program which has all the tools and benefits of a conventional classroom. There is usually a class moderator or tutor, and exercises are offered along with reading materials, games and drills. Other options like the online Rocket Spanish course, are available.
Speaking fluent basic Spanish means being able to practice the language over a specific period of time without difficulty. And that is why learning to speak Spanish well has been one of the concerns of language developers and teachers. Speaking the language itself maybe relatively straightforward, but hearing it from someone else is much more difficult. You can learn Spanish more easily if you actually get audio tapes to listen to as you practice the words, and learn to get familiar with Spanish phrases through hearing.
Watching Spanish speaking television is also very helpful. If available, watch English speaking TV with Spanish captioning, that way you will associate the words. Watch the actor’s facial expressions and their behavior toward each other. The highly dramatized way in which shows are presented will allow you to get a better feel of how the Spanish language is spoken by native speakers.
