How To Make Money With Article Directories

Posted by Thinker on Jan 29, 2009 in Thinkable

Article directories are websites that contain a lot of articles. Most of these articles are usually put there by the one that owns the copyright to them, and usually as a promotion method.

The way to make money with an article directory is to supply each article with your byline placed under it, so that everyone reading the article will a) know who wrote it, and b) will be able to visit your website to gather more information. By repeatedly using this method, people who are interested in your product or service will notice your articles, view you as knowledgeable about the topic, and may even end up visiting your website.

Even if you can not write anything about on the topic which you are promoting, you can always hire a writer to do the work for you. Getting top quality articles written is usually very expensive, however they will eventually pay for themselves, through affiliate sales (if you are promoting as an affiliate), or selling your own services.

Here’s a real life example. Let’s pretend that you are an accountant working from home, and you decide to write an article on a topic you feel familiar with; accounting. You then post it to various article directories. Those who are searching for information on the topic you wrote about will find, and read your article. They will notice that you indeed have the knowledge and skill they are looking for in order to some work for them, and ends up visiting your website to contact you.

The article you wrote just landed you a new client! This client may even decide to use your services regularly, and end up giving you a nice recurring profit. Now remember, since you have posted it on not one, but serveral free article directories, many others who have affiliate websites about accounting will find and use your article on their own website. The great thing about this, is that since they must attach your byline to it, they will help bringing you even more exposure – and sales!

There are several article directories out there for you to post your articles on. Your best course of action is to put a copy of each of your articles on as many as you can find for maximum exposure. This will eventually help to bring more traffic and customers to your website, which will lead to even more new orders and more profit!

Posted by Thinker on Jan 29, 2009 in Thinkable

Exercise is very vital for youngsters from an early age. It is not difficult to turn it into something they enjoy as a fun activity. There are many kinds of play ground exercise equipment for them to play with. Parks and school playgrounds offer a wide choice of them. Common ones you will find out there include the wood swing set, playground slides, merry go rounds, and the outdoor frame for climbing practice.

Schools will sometimes hold fund-raising events so they can be able to afford more playground equipment for students. It can be disheartening if there are insufficient swings to go around or there is a very long line for the playground slides. It is also possible that some of the exercise equipement they have for children is outdated and old.

Sometimes parents persuade their children to play outdoors more frequently by having playground equipment in their own garden. There is a lot to choose from and youngsters will gain a huge benefit from it. You will also like that your kids are not playing on the street with the concurrent risk of automobiles passing close by.

Many guardians think that playground equipment is too expensive to buy. But if you take the time to research you will see it can be cheaper than you probably anticipated. Just be sure to purchase good quality playground equipment which will .

You can find a wide selection of climging frames, playground slides, wood swing sets and other play equipment at play supplies. I don’t know if you have considered for the smaller child a spring rider, or an outdoor trampoline as an addition or complement to swing sets and slides.

Dog flea treatments and flea bites

Posted by Thinker on Jan 29, 2009 in Thinkable

You may have been bitten recently, if so there is a good chance that it was from a flea, fleas are often brought into the home on the back of a pet, cats and dogs are often used by fleas as a form of transportation, the fleas jump up onto the back of the pet and hitch a lift into your home.

Dog fleas along with cat fleas are very common on pets, they jump long distances and heights and leap from one animal to another or from long grass in the parks and fields where the cats and dogs walk onto the pets. The pets then bring the dog fleas in to your home where they jump off into your carpets.

There are many ways to treat fleas in and around your home the dog fleas treatment you decide to use will depend on your situation. If you have young children in the infected area you may not want to use toxic chemicals, however in some situations it is best to use the chemicals and ensure that all the fleas are killed quickly.

If you suffer from a flea bite it may be the first warning that you have a flea infestation in your home, the flea bite may be no more that a small red patch that swells slightly, it will be irritating and itch for up to two weeks. However some people do suffer from allergic reactions and fleas can also spread disease.

Getting bitten by a flea should be your cue to start with a flea treatment, the dog fleas and flea bites you get from them may be nothing more than an irritation if you only have one or two fleas but if you leave it these one or two fleas can become hundreds in just a couple of weeks, do not leave the problem to grow act now and sort it out.

Teacher Student Ratio Can Help High School Students Achieve

Posted by Thinker on Jan 29, 2009 in Thinkable

by Dave Delgado

How many of us can look back and think that we may not have reached our full potential in life? What if we had done better in school? What if we had gone to a better college?

The predominant attitude in today’s public schools has created a culture in which 16-year-olds are deciding they aren’t going to go to college. They think the material will be too difficult. They think they don’t have the necessary skills. They lack confidence in their own ability to learn and grow in an academic environment. They aren’t qualified to make the right decisions!

A lot has been said about the importance of small class size and individual attention in our schools. But small class size is only the beginning. The best high schools have not only smaller classes, which allow for more individual attention-they have highly qualified teachers who teach more challenging material.

AP courses, created by the College Board, have been around for fifty years. These are certified college-level courses that are taught in high schools. Their popularity has grown over the years, and they have become an essential part of the high school portfolio for anyone wishing to apply to a four year college or university. Many parents feel that these classes and their high expectations put too much pressure on young children, still in high school. But that isn’t how it was meant to be.

When approached the right way, these courses may in fact be a very good opportunity. The downside is that most high schools that offer these courses still pack 20 to 30 students into the class. So instead of being a positive opportunity, many students simply struggle with the work. On the other hand, when these courses are taught by experienced professionals in smaller classes – classes with only 8 to 10 students per teacher, each student gets the opportunity to be successful in a college level course.

A taste of this success is sometimes all it takes to turn a student’s life around. Students at the best private high schools, such as Cambrian International Academy, have stated in many cases that the first class made them feel as if they could accomplish anything. They take more of these classes in subsequent years, and then find themselves accepted to top universities in advanced standing. The AP credit transfers, and they start college as sophomores!

Now, 16-year-olds have more reason to make an informed decision about college.
