Settlement Funding Lawsuits

Posted by Thinker on Jan 17, 2009 in Thinkable

If you win a lawsuit it can mean that you stand to get a large fund from the settlement. This money could be money that is offered for you to drop the lawsuit or the money may be money that is awarded through the courts as a settlement loan. There are a lot of different sorts of lawsuits and some of these can result in very large settlement amounts being paid and these are very often paid to people who have been injured or even worse in the cases where people have died.

The payments are very often not paid out as a lump sum and instead it is paid out as instalment over a long period of time and these payments are paid out through a structured agreement. This is called settlement funding.

There are a lot of companies that will offer you a lump sum of cash in return for the right to receive the monthly payment that you would be receiving, this can be very useful if you have expensive medical bills to pay or you have big plans on what you want to spend the money on. This process works similar to that of taking out a loan but you will not have to pay it off as the cheque that you receive on a monthly basis will pay the loan off.

The option that is offered by the companies that offer to buy your settlement on the whole offer a very good deal as this allows you to do what you want with the money and it is a lot easier than receiving small amounts on a monthly basis.

Posted by Thinker on Jan 17, 2009 in Thinkable

When you have limited space in and around your home, you may find that it is necessary for you to have an alternative source for storing items. You can use a storage shed for the outside equipment that you have to have. This will be a huge help for anyone that wants to have all of his or her equipment well kept and organized.

A storage shed can be used in just about any area. These sheds are placed in backyards across the globe and are used in many different ways. This is the ideal place for all of your outdoor lawn and garden equipment and tools. If you have a lawn mower or tractor this would be the best place to store them when they are not in use.

You can also use a storage shed for children’s bikes and toys that they will use throughout the year. You can use this space for the bikes but also the scooters, balls, bats, sleds, skateboards, and many others outside toys and accessories that kids like to play with. This would keep the items stored neatly as well as keeping them together in one place for the child to find easily.

Storage sheds can be made from many different materials. There are wood, vinyl and even cedar sheds to decide on. You can choose the one that you like best and that fits your needs better. Once you have your shed, keep it well maintained and it will look nice in any yard for many years to come.

Pre-eminent Counsels For Putting Money Into Low-cost Gifts

Posted by Thinker on Jan 17, 2009 in Thinkable

Snapping up a gift for someone is not about snapping up the most expensive gift you can manage. It is the feeling and thoughts that are essential in view of the fact that you if you give something blissfully, the person receiving your gift will feel exultant too. Since everyone has conflicting taste and predilection, you want to make sure that you do the of the utmost importance exploration before buying any gift. Without exception make sure that you allot a gift that is easy as pie on your wallet.

If you’re resourceful and have some skills in memory wire jewelry making, you can eternally create your own jewelry pieces and give them away as gifts. You can even personalize the jewelry pieces with the recipient’s name and make the gift more special and different. The person receiving your homemade jewelry gift will absolutely be glad and value greatly it incessantly.

If you don’t have any jewelry making skill and you don’t want to spend too much money on jewelry, you can always go for fashion jewelry cheap which looks quite well done and seductive. The good thing about fashion jewelry is that the recipient can wear it voluntarily without having to fret about damaging it for the reason that they are reduced and can be replaced without a hitch.

Depending on the person you’re taking the gifts for, jewelry may not be a reasonable gift in some situation. For example, if you want to welcome a new neighbour who just recently moved in, jewelry may not be a timely part of your unique housewarming gifts since they are not profitable for the house. You should pick something that’s rewarding and considerate such as a soaps or maybe a cooking book that is effective in the house. On all occasions make sure that you confer to your neighbour and find out what they don’t have preparatory to procuring anything.

Why Should you Outsource?

Posted by Thinker on Jan 17, 2009 in Thinkable

Outsourcing has become a famous business buzzword today. You can hear outsourcing being talked about on TV, written on newspapers and magazine, and spoken by businessmen and other personalities. Of course, you need to know what outsourcing is just in case someone from a party starts talking about it or start to ask you about it. To have an idea what outsourcing is, outsourcing is the process of hiring or contracting another company or person to do a particular business function. Today, almost every business organization or group has started to outsource in one way or another.

While it is true that outsourcing is a business practice that has been done long ago, it is getting more popular and is slowly becoming a trend in large scale enterprises. Before, the process that is being outsourced is typically considered as process non-core to the business. Let us say, for example, a financial company will outsource landscape services and janitorial services to a company who specializes in these kinds of work. The company will outsource these functions since they are not part of the company’s strategy and specializes. However, things have changed today. Today, companies hire third-party providers to perform significant and core operations of the business. A company today will outsource major business functions to third party service providers.

Outsourcing today is used by many companies and businesses. In fact, experts say that ever since work and process specialization has existed, companies have long started to employ outsourcing functions and let third-party companies perform business processes such as data entry, encoding, billing, recruitment, payroll, and many more. Currently, outsourcing takes many forms. Business organizations hire service providers and third-party companies to handle certain business processes. From narrow business functions to whole operations, companies who outsource trust an entire operations unit to outsourcing companies who specializes in different business operations. Today, the most common forms of outsourcing are business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology outsourcing or ITO.

The process of outsourcing is different from company to company. More often than not, the decision to outsource a specific business process is considered to be strategic and top management level decision and normally requires board approval. While it is true that outsourcing will lead to long run cost efficiency, it is still very expensive to outsource. It is a big decision to make for large scale enterprises since the directing of a business function to a third party service provider includes not only big expenses, but also the transfer of people and the sale of some company assets to the third party outsourcing company. Some companies even seek the advice of outsourcing consultants to lend a hand in decision making and service provider evaluation.

If you want to know more about outsourcing, you can read a number of articles online or simply open the business section of your favorite magazine or newspaper. Outsourcing has been done for a long time now and it is certainly here to stay. As long as there are companies who will outsource and as long as there are third party service providers willing to carry out the business functions, outsourcing will thrive and will help many businesses grow

Alex Jeffreys Coaching – In the Presence of Video Marketing Royalty: Maria Andros

Posted by Thinker on Jan 17, 2009 in Thinkable

Hi Folks!

What is coming out to be a behavioral pattern on my part, I sleep late and still get up early with only the occasional yawn and eye-rubbing rituals. I clean up, struggle into my clothes, made sure my socks are matched, and head out the door.

It was 6:00am and I have to rush. I started my trusty Year 2000 Toyota Unser van outfitted with a self-made water-fuel HHO booster (tech plug!!), and I was off. Despite my sleepiness, I was excited.

The early-morning webinar sessions are back after a brief hiatus! I say it’s about time! :)

Alex was bringing in an expert to talk about video marketing, and he brought in the Queen of them all: The Video Marketing Queen: Maria Andros.

Who Is Maria Andros?

Well, I knew about Maria when Alex mentioned her when he was giving a webinar that involved Twitter. He mentioned before that in Twitter, you can actually find the biggest guns in IM history just interacting with everybody. And boy, that lady is quite active in there!

If you want to check her out, her Twitter handle’s mariaandros.

Let’s talk about her stats. Her life-on-the-web stats (Behave!):

- used to be a makeup artist for 10 yrs
- started an ebay business
- made $80,000 USD in 12 months part time
- found a niche
- got involved in video marketing May 2007
- started with no list
- started with no expensive google adsense pay-per-click (PPC) brouhaha
- in the first 2 months of video marketing made $12,987 USD!
- started with just homemade amateur videos
- now makes a 6-figure yearly income AND without using expensive advertising
- so far her videos have been viewed by up to half a million surfers already

Her rise to the top has been phenomenal. If I had half a brain, I’d take every opportunity to learn from her! :)

From the way I hear her during the webinar, she knows her stuff and speaks about video the way one would talk about his life’s work.

What I Learned During the Webinar

The webinar was a short 2.5 hours, but it left me with a lot information to digest!

One thing’s for sure: I’m gonna throw myself into Youtube!

Don’t get me wrong. Video is absolutely new territory for me. And after publishing my goals for the next 365 days in my previous post, I’m going to make an adjustment and include video into my online marketing repertoire! Maria and Alex simply convinced me it is so crucial to my marketing campaign!

Video marketing is a part of internet marketing that you simply cannot ignore. Any IM worth his salt IS on video. Name any guru off the top of your head: Mike Filsaime, Michael Cheney, Jason James, and they have used video to devastating effect.

I remember the time before I signed up with Alex’s Coaching Program. I watched his video presentation for a week because I wanted to fully understand him. I was qualifying him to see if he was worth the money I’m going to pay for his experience.

I was hooked.

If you wish to find out more about Alex Jeffreys’ List Building System, we have a FREE REPORT you can read to find out more how Alex helped me build a massive list in days!

To say the least, his video presentation was superb, but it was his MESSAGE that impressed me the most.

I want that to have that effect too on my blog, by golly!

Here’s why you have to do video:

- gives you an advantage over competitors
- can be viewed as an expert because as kids we were taught that people on tv is someone
- builds a highly responsive warm list
- video converts up to 600% higher than text alone because 90% of all communication is non-verbal
- appeals to all the senses

It’s going to be fun!

Video marketing is just the tip of the iceberg.

All the Best!

Regards,

Erwin Chua
